Professor at the University of São Paulo.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (1986), a Master’s degree in Physics (1989) and a Ph.D. in Physics, both from the University of São Paulo ( 1994).
She has experience in Physics, with emphasis on Applied Nuclear Physics with Accelerators, working mainly on the following topics: Analysis with ionic beams PIXE, PIGE, Ionluminescence.
Now she is currently working on Archaeometry in the study and characterization of objects of art and cultural heritage using non-destructive techniques with Ionic Beams, X-ray Fluorescence, Raman and Imaging.
