Evelyne Snijders is a conservator of modern and contemporary art working for Dutch museums, auction houses and modern art collections from her own studio. She graduated from the renowned Gerrit Rietveld Art Academy (1997-2002, Amsterdam) and concluded the 5-year postdoctoral training program in Conservation of Modern Art at the SRAL (2004-2009, Maastricht). Since 2011 she has been a lecturer in conservation practice within the contemporary training program at the Amsterdam University master program in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage.
