Jasmin Mackenzie is a graduate of Conservation at City and Guilds of London Art School, with a specialism in wood and stone objects. Prior to entering conservation, Jasmin gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on Biomechanics, from the University of Nottingham. Recent projects have included an internship working on the kinetic artwork of Thomas Wilfred at Yale University Art Gallery and a residency with Venice in Peril. Jasmin is interested in the applications of new technologies to conservation and is currently researching Er-YAG lasers and additive manufacture.
